Modular 1 - Mindfulness & Connection - Learn breathing techniques, how to go within & connect with your true self, connect to Divine Source, Connect to Earth, Control your awareness, Live in the present, hold space.
Modular 2 - Emotions & Thoughts -Learn what our emotions are telling us, how they serve for our benefit, how to process & release our emotional baggage, empower affirmations, focus our thoughts, release negative energy, establish healthy boundaries and strengthen positive energy flow.
