  2. Managing Career Life - creating clear boundaries between work & pleasure, value of rituals and boundaries, managing responsibilities - particularly targeted towards consultants, self-employed, freelance professionals and home workers.
  3. Managing Stress & Depression - understanding what each is, identifying when stress & depression are a problem, practical tools are discussed and experienced
